Free Period Products in Disney World Restrooms

Planning a day at Walt Disney World involves a lot of packing, but there is one essential everyday item you can worry a little less about. Disney now provides complimentary period products in most of its theme park restrooms.

Previously, restroom dispensers required quarters, which was a major hassle when you were caught unprepared. Now, guests can find free tampons and pads in dispensers located in most women's and companion restrooms across Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs. Simply turn the dial or press the button to access them without needing any spare change.

While this is an incredibly helpful and stress-free update, keep these quick tips in mind for your park day:

• Pack a backup: Restroom dispensers are popular and can occasionally run empty before custodians have a chance to restock them. It is always wise to keep a couple of your own preferred products in your park bag just in case.
• Visit First Aid: If you cannot find what you need in a standard restroom, head directly to the park's First Aid station. The friendly nursing staff there can provide additional hygiene supplies and a quiet, air-conditioned space to rest.
• Check companion restrooms: These larger, single-occupancy restrooms also frequently stock these free amenities, making them easily accessible for everyone.
